Pericarditis Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to the proper diagnosis, management, and treatment of pericardial disease. Our foundation works to spread awareness and provide support and education to patients and healthcare providers about pericarditis. This grant is intended to support future practitioners who consider a specialization in pericarditis, its management and treatment in hopes of finding a cure.

To further our goals, we are providing up to 10 $2,000 grants to third year medical students, residents/fellows to help with educational fees and expenses related to pericarditis research. No more than 3 grants will be given at one institution to allow for diversity and inclusion.

By applying for funding, applicants are giving Pericarditis Alliance permission to use their name and essay on our website and in any marketing materials.
